Will These Stains Come Out?
This is a question that a customer has asked me some time ago and I thought that it would be best addressed here.
In the normal process of steam cleaning carpet ( hot water extraction ) to the australian standard AS/NZ3733 -1995 any stain that is not removed in this process, is deemed to be a stain.
With regards to removing stains from carpet, some specialised stain removers may need to be applied and rinsed. This sort of work is usually deemed to be called Carpet Restoration.
